Nostradamus, the Most Famous Western Astrologer

Author: Prof. Lee, Si-Chen

I. French Astrologer from the 16th Century

On September 11, 2001, New York City, NY, USA, had undergone terrorist attack. The world was shocked when two hijacked planes flew directly into the World Trade Center, which resulted in thousands of casualties. On week later, a book titled "Les Centuries Astrologiques" became a best-seller.

The author of the book was Nostradamus, a French man born in 1503 and died in 1566. Nostradamus drew much attention since his childhood, when he proved himself to be fluent in everything he learned, ranging from Latin, Greek, Hebrew, mathematics, and astrology. In college, he studied medicine and became an apothecary. In the 16th century, the south of France was struck by the plague, and anthrax in particular. Distraught, people spent days in a frenzy manner, while Nostradamus traveled around practicing as an apothecary and researching remedies. He also grew extremely fond of magic and the metaphysics. Though he went back to school to study for a doctorate in medicine, he had made many enemies, rendering him incapable of researching and publishing insights from his unique, innovative views. Thereafter, he gave up on teaching and continued to travel, assuming a career as an apothecary. Gradually, rumors of his exceptional prophetic ability began to circle in the society.

In 1554, he finally settled at Marseilles and completed the first of his prophecy compilation in 1555. The time of the prophecies spanned from his lifetime to the apocalypse. Every book of prophecy was formed by one hundred free-form poems or quatrains. Therefore, the name "Les Centuries Astrologiques" was not related to the actual centuries. He planned to write one thousand poems and to publish them in ten books of prophecy. It remains a mystery why the seventh was not completed.

II. Predicting 911

Consisting of French, a dialect from Provence, Italian, Greek, Latin and more, Nostradamus' poem was written in a complex style that was difficult to comprehend. The sequence was also intentionally interrupted to prevent people from completely decipher the future. Therefore, it was difficult for anyone but a true expert to decipher the true meaning and implications hidden in the poem. He prophesied Louis XVI's flight to Varennes, the defeat of Napoleon, the death of Hitler, the abdication of the Iranian king, the secret treaty signed between Persia and Turkey in October 1729, and pointed out the months and even dates of the assassinations of certain rulers. These have all been proven later on, proving that they should not be reduced to simple coincidence. For instance, this one poem in particular:

Five and forty degrees, the sky shall burn:
To the great new city shall the fire draw nigh.
With vehemence the flames shall spread
and churn
When with the Normans they conclusions try.

In the past, experts have determined that the "five and forty degrees" and "great new city" referred to New York City in the United States, while "the sky shall burn" referred to an aerial attack which could possibly be missiles or bombs. Of course, no one had imagined of a suicide plane attack. Therefore, it was immediately announced that yet another one of the prophecies in "Les Centuries Astrologiques" had come true after 911, leading book sales to soar. It was said that "Les Centuries Astrologiques" was the second-most purchased book in the Western world, coming up just behind the Bible. It was also stated that more than 60% of Nostradamus' prophecies had been proven in nearly 450 years. But unfortunately, he only prophesied the future in the Western world, and only few of the one thousand poems were said to be prophecies for events in Asian countries.

III. Does Nostradamus Have a Website in the Spiritual World?

Did Nostradamus have Extrasensory Perception (ESP)? Did he build his website in the information field?

We tried Ms. T's finger reading with the word "Nostradamus" twice, and saw paranormal activities in both times. After she opened her third eye, it was suddenly shut off externally, and words had appeared. This indicated that Nostradamus did have a website in the information field, but he does not seem to enjoy Asian children from accessing his website, and he cut off the connection immediately to prevent Ms. T from browsing the contents on his website.

Over 450 years, it was frequently asked, "Was Nostradamus a real prophet?" Or was he a liar? All explanations seemed far-fetched. However, I can say with certainty that Nostradamus was a true prophet, and he had established a website in the information field. One time, when I tested a child with finger reading ability with the word "Nostradamus," the child shocked everyone present by identifying the word as "Amitabha." Could it be that Nostradamus was Amitabha's reincarnation in the Western world?
